These include a company in Africa that was used by Harvard Business School as a case study (Ejura Farms Ghana Ltd. ) and another that was named "Manufacturer of the Year 1992" located in Austin (Austin Concstuction Steel) . He is also Chairman of Advisory Board of Jtec, Inc. A California company engaged in enterprise management software application, and is used to manage the construction projects of Olympic 2008 in China. LSI America Corporation is indirectly owned by the Asia Development Trust, based in Anguilla. The beneficiary of the Trust is David K. G. Chan's family. Sister companies of the Trust are engaged in deal making and project development in several countries in Asia, including Nepal and China.
