• About Us : Established in the year 1965 Sakay Traders is mainly engaged in manufacture and export of Soccerballs / Footballs, Volleyballs, Rugby balls and Basketballs etc. and is today one of leading manufacturer and exporter of these balls from India with production capacity of 25000 balls per day. It has established its clientage in Europe, U.S.A., South America and Australia. The factory with a built up area of about 15000 (Fifteen Thousand) Sq. Mtrs. houses most modernised imported machinery and moulds to manufacture Basketballs as Sakay Groupll as testing facilities to ensure proper quality of various inputs as well as for quality control of finished products. We would like to add that we are the only company who have facility to manufacture latex and butyl bladder within factory for our own consumption and no other exporter from India is having this facility. We are confident that this is the biggest and most modernised factory making the aforesaid balls in India. We would like to add that we are the proud winner of NATIONAL EXPORT AWARD for our export performance which was presented by Honble Prime Minister of India, Sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayee. In the year 1999 it was decided to diversify into other fields as a result of which the unit named Sakay Overseas was set up in the year 2000 to manufacture Leather Shoes for formal and casual wear as well as Soccer Shoes. The unit with a built up area of about 40000 sq. ft. houses state of art machinery from renowned manufacturers, to name a few, Lasting machines from MOLINA E BIANCHI / Italy, Back part, Upper part and Counter moulding machines from ALFA MECCANICA S.R.L. / Italy, Clicking machines from BOMBELLI SPA / Italy, Sewing machines from PFAFF / Germany and MINERVA. The unit has production capacity of 1000 pairs per day which is likely to be increased in the near future considering the expected requirements of valued customers from overseas markets.
