We are currently training and putting back health personnel in the malawi government hospitals that have been heavily affected by brain drain by pinning them down to long term contracts that will see them being commited to their service before being released to persue their own ambitions. We do consultancy work on the aqisition of health personel and other related challenges facing not only governments but also whole intituions.
