Our products are made-to-order based on drawings or specifications submitted by the customer. We supply to OEM machine builders and to the aftermarket (replacementof worn cylinders) . We also sell to screw manufacturers, distributors. We will also sell to processors if they are not currently being served by one of our distributors. Wexco Corporation has modern manufacturing equipment that includes CNC machinery and wire EDM machinery. Our bimetallic cylinders are produced using a spin-cast furnace that melts a abrasion or corrosion resistant alloy ("inlay) into the bore of the cylinder. After careful prescision honing the inlay provides the abrasion and / or corrosion protection required when molding abrasive or corrosive polymers. All critical manufacturing operations are done in our modern facility in Lynchburg, Virginia, USA.
