Manufacturing Setup--------------------------------We started our journey with one EVA machine but with the dream of establishing a world class facility in footwear industry. That dream is now turning into reality. The group now boost of having the finest technologies in the world of footwear with two manufacturing locations, one in Rai (Haryana) and one in Delhi, and has emerged as one stop for all type of footwear be it EVA, PU, TPR or latest technology like Phylon. PU Technology: We have three ITALIAN make PU Machine which are capable of handling double density footwear required for Export purpose for safety shoe. Some of technical capabilities of our Italian PU plant: 1. Capable of handling Direct Injection Process which ensures better bonding. 2. Capable of handling Double density especially required in Safety shoe, high quality gents footwear etc.EVA Technology: We have one Taiwan make EVA machine which gives superior product quality. TPR Machine: We have Double colour TPR Machine from Main Group Italy. Phylon Footwear: We have also added HOT & COLD machine, one of its kind in India, capable of manufacturing some of the finest shoes in India based on Phylon technology. New additional plant for making high quality Phylon Footwear will start from the end of August, which will take our production capability to new height. Complete Stuck on Unit which enables us to make complete range of sport shoe as well as leather shoe. Technical Competence----------------------------------Our committed and qualified workforce has always kept our head high in assuring quality and timely delivery to our big & esteemed institutional clientele. We have our own dedicated in-house designing and quality team. Any new design before entering the market goes through tough screening from designing to qualityProduct basket-----------------------We have our presence in the footwear market all over India by the brand name of Fuel. We also have other brand, TEO, which is specifically meant for catering to the Safety Shoe segment. Our current product basket includes: EVA slipper, EVA sandals, PU slipper & PU Sandals. New additions expected in winter include Complete Stuck-on unit for sport shoe, Leather shoe, Phylon based Shoe / sandals & TPR based footwear.
