The idea behind this is to deliver quality product to the customer throughout the globe. To keep the concept of herbal plants more realistic, the manufacturing facility is set up at a 40 acre, pollution free and serene environment at Bhilad, Gujarat. Manufacturing Facility: KPPE is equipped with cGMP compliant manufacturing facility having 1500 MT raw material processing capacity, equipped with various combination of extractors and percolators, modern and efficient distillation system, reaction vessels, glass-lined reactors, ultra modern technology in filtration and separation, chromatographic columns and various dryers to handle wide range of products. All the processing equipments, contact as well as non-contact parts, used in the facility are made up of SS 316. This rules out the possibility of harmful contaminants in the product. The entire manufacturing process is supervised and monitored by the team of highly experienced professionals of the industry to ensure the consistent quality product within the managed time schedule. Research & Development Facility: Company has set up modern R& D facility to understand the varied needs of our valued customers to develop new products and upgradation of the existing technologies of manufacturing to get the best and consistent quality products. Each and every developed technology, quality protocols and products shelf life is verified and validated before transferring the same to the production. The department is equipped with all sorts of required instruments and infrastructure, ably supported by a team of highly qualified and experienced scientists of different disciplines. Quality Assurance: At KPPE, quality is a prime concern which reflects in all its activities. The quality assurance procedures are well defined for each and every product in accordance with the prevailing Pharmaceutical standards. The quality control (QC) department is equipped with modern instruments viz. High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) , Gas Chromatography (GC) , Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) , Spectrophotometer, TLC (Thin Layer Chromatography) facility and all other routine equipments required to carry out the full spectrum of analysis. To ensure safety of microbiological products, QC department is equipped with full fledged microbiological lab where all the products including raw material, process consumables and in-process samples are being tested at each and every stage.
