• About Us : 'Uva-moloko' is one of the leading companies in the field of production and realization of dairy products.The factory was built in 1936. Being very small at first it was made of wood. Water was brought in special containers with the help of horses. There also Uva-Molokore no chilling rooms, so the ice used for products and raw materials refrigeration was collected at wintertime. All the work was of manual character. Cow's milk was delivered from all surrounding areas. The factory produced milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, and butter.The final touches of building process were made in 1966. New machinery was installed, and the range of products produced was extended.In 2000 a thorough reconstruction began. The investments were spent mostly on the purchase of modern equipment. New separators as well as new milk drying line and moulding units were installed. Raw materials are taken now only from ecologically clean areas situated far from industrial producers. At the present day milk input has increased by 3 times.The factory is constantly growing. The processed cheese department is ready to operate in, the building of hard cheese department has already begun, and the dry whey department is being projected.The assortment includes more than 70 products. Among them dehydrated milk, different kinds of cheese, butter, cottage cheese, and casein can be mentioned.Casein has been produced for more than 20 years. To produce it successfully,3 modern-equipped lines were established. Due to the experienced staff the factory can provide casein of the highest quality, which is exported to the USA, Japan, and France.The wide range of products and short-term delivery system gave 'Uva-moloko' an opportunity to expand the regional boundaries of retail and wholesales, and to present its own products through the Russian market.
