• About Us : Euronix Ltd as a family business produces wines in Gyongyostarjan situated in the wine distric of Matraalja. The private vineyard is directed by two young wine-growners Mr Jozsef Jaszberenyi and Mr Laszlo Kovacs who are good qualified experts knowing and also using both of the traditional and modern technology. The vinery is growing grapes on its own 75 acre vineyard, and purchases grapes from other local vineyards. 4-5000 tons of grapes are processed in avintage saison. The processing is governed by up-to-date technology. Three famous cellars are places for fermentation, vine making, aging and storing. The historical cellar in Fajzatpuszta is more than 700 years old, the cellar named Zsigmond Haller is the longest straight branched cellar in Central-Europe (542 m) . The white vines are processed in aso called reductive technology with cooled directed fermentation. The red vines are made with oxidative process using modern equipments. The vines are aged either in chrome steel tanks or in oak barrels. 10 000 hl red vine and 40000 hl white vine can be stored in the above cellars.
