He was also a scholar and had specialized him self in the fields of Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Business and Industrial psychology etc. After completion of his academic career he joined M / s Canadian Allis Chalmers Ltd. , Montreal for a years and then moved on to Darling Duro Ltd. , Montreal Canada, manufacturing and marketing pumps, heat exchangers and elevators etc. He was a great Design Engineer and was Master of designing pumps and pumping system. He had acute interest in Research and Development and developed several designs of pumps and pumping systems. In the year 1982 he came back to India and founded his own Pump manufacturing company and Darling Pumps Group was born. Darling Pumps, over the past 20 years has grown richer in experience and confidence. Each new problem accepted as an opportunity.
