• About Us : PRODUCTION / MANUFACTURING HIGHLIGHTThe MASTERCentre was formed in 1998 to provide comprehensive, precise and quality manufacturing facilities and services to facilitate the transformation of Malaysia into a fully developed nation. With the setting up of the CNC Manufacturing Centre and the CNC Machining Centre in 2002, TS Resources Sdn Bhd have the most comprehensive machining facilities in the country. In total, the MASTERCentre and the CNC Machining Centre are equipped with 41 CNC Machines. The CNC machines cover the whole spectrum of machining services, from turning to grinding, milling, EDM wire cutting, and even laser cutting. The CAD / CAM design unit supports the machining activities by providing a complete range of services from reverse-engineering using Coordinate Measuring Machines and 3-D Scanning Machines to the actual design and fabrication of moulds and dies. Two Rapid Prototyping Machines are used to quickly generate models of designs for further evaluation. Among the highlights of the Machining Centre are two MAZAK FH-5800 machines complete with pallet changers with a table size of 19. 68" x 19. 68" (500mm x 500mm) capable of a table load of 1, 100 lbs with spindle speeds of up to 12, 000RPM. The SMM2500 Vertical Machining Centre, on the other hand, with ultra-high spindle speeds of up to 25, 000RPM is especially designed for dies and moulds. In addition to the machining facilities described above, we also has the facilities for Injection Molding and Sheet Metal work. At the moment the CNC Manufacturing Centre produces two models of CNC Machines, which are called MASTER CNC HVA and HVB. These CNC machines are used for milling, drilling and tapping and is cost-effective compared to imported models with similar specifications. It is envisaged that the centre will produce more models in the years to come. The CNC Manufacturing Centre has eight CNC machines in total including the large Versatech V-80 Vertical Machining Centre and the FH8800 Horizontal Machining Centre, which has a table load of 4, 850lbs and pallet size of 31. 4" x 31. 4" (800mm x 800mm) . The Centre has a capacity of producing 15 units of CNC machines in a month.
