About Us : The purpose of Don Guerrero is to make discover and to market an extra virgin olive oil of the variety Picual, which comes from Jaen (Andalusia-Spain) . This one is characterized by a gilded color intense, fruity, aromatic, evoking the greenish tonality of the tree from which it comes. The Picual variety is an olive which owes its name with its shape at a peak. The oil which is drawn has a fruity and fresh perfume, with a specific slightly prickly taste to this variety of olive, which leaves in the mouth a full and exquisite savour. It agreeably raises vegetable or salads the dishes, and can be tasted simply on a bread end. Its oxidation resistance is guaranteed by its stability and its conservation long-duration. This olive oil is not mixed, it thus consists of only one and even variety. Its acidity level is less than 0. 4% . It is cultivated and produced completely in the region of the Sierra Morena (Spain) . You can order any quantity from 250ml up to 5 litres.
