Estas is not only a machining plant, but also a foundry too. Estas foundry casts camshaft blanks as chilled cast and this facility provides a great advantage to Estas machining plant in order to supply various and good quality camshafts as standard and performance. The capacity of casting is 1. 500. 000 camshafts without machining per year. Ductile iron and gray iron castings are performed as ESTAS EKSANTRIK SANAYI VE TICARET ASll. Besides cast camshafts, also Estas produces steel camshafts by using induction and carborising hardening methods. Estas supplies camshafts as original equipment to 16 automotive vehicle producers and exports to 36 countries all over the world. Estas has ISO TS 16949 and ISO 9001 certifications of RW TUV / Germany and implements the necessities of quality control specifications in all processes of the production as an original equipment manufacturer
