• About Us : The company was founded by Mr. Johnson C. Chukukere first as single ownership enterprises for my wife trading needs in 1985. In 1989 the company was formally incorporated with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) , Abuja, Nigeria as a computer sales and services outfit with other aspects of activities listed as Petroleum Products sales and liftings. The company has been into these trades but recently diversified into exports of all types of waste plastics, used newspapers, raw industrial minerals namely manganese ore etc. With rapid evolution of technology, the world is shrinking and becoming borderless at the same time. As a result; new markets are opening up and competition is becoming intense and Edith,Johnson,Jesse & Co.,Limited must re-organize internally to measure up with others or drop out of the race. Therefore the company went into export of these because of the economic downtown in our national economy. These areas reward a serious and honest minded individual comparatively easier. Our Mission is to provide without fail those export items we have submitted herein while assuring at all times the safety, quality, reliability and cost efficiency of all products coming from us in Nigeria. Human Resources: Mr. Johnson C Chukukere who is currently the MD / CEO is a product of American educational systems having schooled in Control Data Institute of Technology, Marietta, Atlanta, Ga, USA and Georgia State University, Atlanta, Ga, USA all in the 70's. He also worked for Fulton National Bank, Atlanta, Ga, USA 1971-1975. Upon his return to Nigeria, worked for Bank of Credit & Commerce International BCCI Limited, kano Area Office (1980-1988) and Port Harcourt Area Office (1989-1992) as the Area Manager In-charge of Computer Systems & Operations. He assumed full duties with the company after leaving the BCCI. He has also worked in various business organization such as SiMoch international, Surulere, Lagos a computer sales and design outfit. U. T. K Investment Limited, No. 4 Olu Obasanjo @ Ikoku, Port Harcourt, Rivers State (1996-1997) , Aviana Oil Nigeria Limited, @ Oil Mill Junction, Aba / Port Harcourt Expressway, Rivers State (1997-2000) . Edith is the wife of our MD / CEO, a graduate professional teacher who now runs the company along with her husband as the Finance Director. Jesse O. Chukukere is the son of the MD / CEO currently a student at Federal Universty of Technology, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. Operations Director is MD / CEO immediate younger brother by name Godfrey A. Chukukere who is a product of Greece educational systems and holds a Bsc. In Marine Engineering. Before joining the company Mr. G. A. Chukukere has worked with John Holt Engineering and Oceaneering Nigeria Limited, 1973-1983. His expertise in the export trade is second to none and we count on him to deliver.
