Located in Villacanas, Toledo, the land of Don Quixote, we produce extra virgin olive oil (80 percent cornicabra and 20 percent picual olive) , and wine from Airen, Tempranillo, Grenache, Sirah grapes. Our winesWe elaborate wines under the Appellation of Origin: La Mancha, and Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla. Red Wine from Tempranillo grapes: ruby red in colour, clean and shiny, soft and balanced taste. Delicately with an agreeable end to fruit. White Wine from Airen grapes: Pale gold colour. In nose it has intense fruit aromas. In mouth it is light, delicate, aromatic and with a long aftertaste. Our olive oilSuperior category olive oil obtained directly from olives solely by mechanical means. Our oil olive from picual olives have a low linoleic acid content, and a high oleic acid content, which make it ideal for the diet. It has a golden colour with greenish tones and a fruity flavor.
