The land is looked after with the greatest care so that it gives its best, each season and each harvest.The fruitsWe manufacture both traditional native grape varieties and newer ones (Airen, Macabeo, Verdejo, Cencibel-Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet-Sauvignon). This allows us to develop richly intense products. Our hills give our olive oils the complex tastes and scents that our Cornicabra olive trees provide. These are ancient olive trees, with low yield, that give our olive oils the high quality. Our priority is in the details, from their cultivation to their grinding in the best moment.The installationThe best and most modern producing systems, the most highly qualified staff and our research efforts into new and traditional techniques make our wines so special. Our wines are the result of simply using wooden barrels and patiently waiting until the optimum moment comes.The teamThe main assets of our Cooperative are our people.
