We have vast experience in every aspect of knitted and woven garment manufacturing in India, having worked extensively in the major production centres of Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Tirupur and New Delhi. Keeping in mind the changing dynamics of international business, we have re-focussed our business areas from manufacturing and exporting garments ourselves to representing overseas clients' and executing their requirements in production out of India. The functional areas that we undertake are: 1. Identifying the correct vendor exporter based on their manufacturing capabilities, existing production capacity and past track record. 2. Co-ordinating the entire sampling requirements of our clients' from prototype development, fit approval samples, salesman samples, pre-production samples, photo shoot / catalogue samples and shipment samples, etc.3. Negotiating prices and finalising orders with vendor factories on behalf of our clients'. 4. Complete production follow up alongwith status reports as required by our clients'. 5. Conducting quality control inspections to ensure that production quality is as per client specifications. 6. Consolidation of export cargo for shipment if there is more than one vendor shipping goods to our client. With more than 10 years as a manufacturer and direct exporter of readymade garments, we have a thoroughly professional and vastly experienced team to cater to all the above aspects of the business to ensure that our clients' need not worry about the production process and can concentrate on sales / marketing and other functional areas at their end. We prefer to cater to small and medium sized Company's who would like to take advantage of India's production capabilities, but, do not have orders large enough to justify opening their own sourcing office in India to manage the same. Many of our clients' originally were buying through importer wholesale company's in their own country, and, were pleasantly surprised to discover that working through us, they were able to place as few as 400 pcs per combination for a style in their designs and colours and receive quality goods as per their required schedules without even visiting India, at prices much lower than what they were earlier paying.
