The production process for quality control was greatly improved through the acquisition of pneumatic presses, cooling systems, autovinifiers and high-tech laboratory.In 2008 Bodegas Luzon has just invested over 9 million Euros into a new part of the winery which will include1)New barrel room that will house 3600 barrels2)Visitor centre and shop3)New wine making area to make the top wines4)New bottling line with capacity of bottling 25,000 per day5)Facilities to do screw cap (from March 2009)The project should be fully completed in November 2009.
