With regards to the manufacturing processes, there are up to 45 professionals specializing in casting, buffing, plating and stone setting. The unit is also scalable with infrastructural flexibility to accommodate more skilled workers, easily available in the local market, to augment production volumes. The above mentioned particularly caters to the costume jewellery made in 24kt. gold plated and rhodium plated. For Handicrafts, we have village artisans who work with us on contractual basis. Each village specializes in a particular skill e.g. crochet, wire work, sequence, leather/suede, silk etc. This is our way to providing employment to the many skilled yet unemployed people of rural India. All quality control is done in-house at the New Delhi Facility.
