More than 2500 dies ensure wide range of profile selection opportunity to its customers. Today Gencer has a loyal customer portfolio which stems from its flexibility on fulfilling special customer requirements. Gencer has its own die production and technical drawing departments. Special profiles can be produced upon customers technical drawings in less than three weeks. The diversity and quality of surface treatment facilities are other important aspects differentiating Gencer from its rivals. All kinds of mill finish, powder coated, anodized and wooden pattern aluminium profiles can be produced at Gencer upon customer s sample at requested specifications. In year 2005, Gencer initiated a complete revision of its production line. Including a new press conveyor, die oven and an anodizing cooling system. Further revisions are still in the process.
