L} is a fully registered company under the laws of the country (Ghana) Having complied with the provision of section 27 and 28 of the companies code, 1963, CHILIANO GHANA LIMITED entitled to commence business with effect from 13th March 2001. To mention also that, our certificate of incorporation under the companies code, 1963 {Act179} was issued in 7th of March, 2001. Ghana Export Provision Council issued us a certificate to export in 3rd April 2001. We wish to mention that, our bank is Barclay's bank. C. G. L is a business oriented and considers it's social responsibility extremely important andnecessary. C. G. L was established 7 years ago. However, it is mainly concern about unearthing the significant medicinal and other values in our agricultural products. We as managers of this company, have tried tremendously to better the lives of our farmers and other local persons, who we consider as share holders of our company. C. G. L is one of the major companies in the country through the hard work of it's workers. We must also state that, apart from the welfare of the farmers, we consider the welfare of their children. We as an enterprising company have come out with engaging programs that have gotten their children enrolled in schools, not only the enrollment but have also maintained these children in school. Specifically, the company has fifty{50} farmers each has, five{5} and {6}children children. The company for now has selected one child from each family and shoulder that child's school fees. The remaining {5} workforce is in the company's office. In all we have a workforce of {55} fifty five workers. The break down of the force work is as fellows; {10} ten people working on Voacanga farm. Fifteen{15} people in our jetropha farm. {10} Ten in our Shea nuts farms and butter industry. However, we have {15} fifteen persons working on our yet to be established farms: Cotton farm, Moringa farms, Oil palm plantation, parkia farm. Sunflower, and Gingo seeds farms. For good records, honesty and transparency, and mutual understanding, besides locally, executing the demands of our buyers, many foreign companies have shown interest in our products and have also recommended us. We supply most agricultural products to industrial, pharmaceutical companies, research institutions and so on. C. G. L is the company that, the ministry of trade and industry is aware of and we work within the confines of the law. C. G. L has a board of directors of {5} five in number. These persons have being divided into positions on our various farms, where our agricultural products are produced. We must however state that, the board is extremely hard working and research oriented and knowledgeable about the products we are dealing with. One reason, least we forget, that has attracted buyers to purchased our products are simply because, we are concern with naturally based products, no chemicals, no additives, we are concern with 100% purity. With the recent discovering of OIL and GAS in large quantities in the country, we have strategies to meet the challenges that may arise as a result of this, these challenges could be either positive or negative. We as company have decided to play an extreme role in all matters that gear towards the total elimination of all forms of abuses. We have taken this initiative because we consider the HUMAN LIVE as a very important and significant in the sector of our company business. Lastly, some of the products are; Moringa, Shea nuts, Cotton seeds, Voacanga africana seeds, parkia seeds seeds, jetropha seeds, Gingo seeds, soy beans, Oil palm and Banana plantation.
