Olive oil extraction takes place in selected centrifugal olive mills and only through cold extraction process. To ensure best quality in our product, in-process control tests are performed according to written procedures, established by quality standards. Furthermore we are certified according to ISO 22000: 2005 prototype by TUV HELLAS, from AGROCERT for PGI products and from DIO for Organic olive oil. We are also members of the Hellenic-Chinese chamber and Sevitel (Greek Association of Industries and Processors of Olive Oil) .
