Both Gar and Mike have many years of business and real estate investment experience behind them. Gar received an MBA in International Business and Finance from George Washington University, and has over 15 years of banking and investment experience, as well as six years experience owning and managing companies in Asia, where he was an active real estate investor. Gar presently resides in San Diego, California, where he is a full-time real estate investor. Mike received a BA from George Washington University, and has been an employee of the World Bank, in Washington, D. C. for 18 years. During his years at the World Bank, Mike has been an active real estate investor and rehabber throughout the USA. Gar and Mike have decided to pull together their collective 40 years of business and real estate investing experience in order to meet the challenges of acquiring large multifamily properties in emerging markets. To assist them with their important investment decision making, they use the assistance of experts in finance, economics, networking, valuation, asset management and due diligence. Today, Braintree Investments has a goal of being invested in several different states across the USA, and because of this, the company wants to continue penetrating new growth markets actively.
