Ltd is a specialist in belt tensioner and pulley, focusing on the design, production and development of fan tensioners, timing tensioners and fitting dampers. Now, ALT possesses some 500 parts covering both European and American car applications, including Benz, BMW, Audi, GM etc. To date, the annual output has reached 2. 1 million sets. ALT is equipped with more than 150 equipments such automatic plastic injection machines, CNC drilling machines, various pressing and hydraulic machines, testing facilities for checking salt spray, spring torque and product durability. The investment in production and testing machineries permits the company to achieve annual output of 2. 1 million sets, Since the establishment in August 2003, ALT has been strictly undergoing the quality system of ISO / TS16949 and ERP management system, producing products complying with OEM standards. ALT has earned a high credibility from overseas markets and maintains on-going relationships with various global leading auto-part brands. Several engineers are recruited, always pioneering technical aspects in developing products and to maintain product quality. ALT acquires a core technical competence through years' participation in product development. This competence permits ALT to pursue own product design as far as patent products concern. Today, ALT has been growing in a dramatic pace with key focus in internal management and production process management. The factory covers now over 25000 square meters, with 78 employees, among which 16 engaged in QC, technical and product development, 42 in production and 20 in sales and management. The company has been strictly pursuing quality first mission and work towards to enhance quality stability and quality improvement. The current key clienteles are mainly the German and US known parts dealers. Along side ALT is also a qualified OEM supplier to motor producers in Austria and Iran. In year 2008, 10 new automatic production lines will be launched to increase output to satisfy the growing demand.
