We fabricate spare parts for moulds from various kinds of materials, such carbide (CD650) , pottery, copper, aluminum, tool steel, etc, according to customer requirement. We have educated technicians and experienced workers, as well as 30 advanced equipment, including 1 CNC machine, 4 EDM machines, 5 high speed wire cutting machines, 1 slow speed wire cutting machine, 10 milling machined, 20 grinders, highly accurate testing equipment, 1 projection instrument, highly exact rulers and exact measures. Kong Lap has the ability to make 20-30 sets of medium and complicated moulds per month. We attained ISO9001: 2000 certification in 2005. We hold the concept of "quality is the credit standing".
