• About Us : SICHUAN YAXI RUBBER & PLASTICS MACHINERY CO., LTD (viz. SICHUAN YAXI MACHINE FACTORY) was founded in 1942. It was nationalized in 1952 and directly affiliated to Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Machine-Building Industry as a state-owned enterprise (Class II). Sichuan Yaxi Machine Factory was then the only major professional manufacturer of rubber & plastic machinery in SouthYaXi Rubber Machinery Co.,Ltdst and Northwest China appointed by the Ministry of Machine-Building Industry. In those years, Yaxi Factory successively provided the domestic and foreign markets with productive equipments in the fields of rubber, plastic, chemical, metallurgy, sugar, paper, mining, lifting, transportation, hydro-electricity, agricultural machinery, forestation and national defense. In 2002, the national ownership of Sichuan Yaxi Machine Factory was changed again into a private enterprise and was renamed as present SICHUAN YAXI RUBBER & PLASTICS MACHINERY CO., LTD. Now we have 921 workers and staff, including 21 high-ranked technicians and administrators and 3 experts enjoying special subsidiary given by the State Council. Our registered capital is 34.12 million RMB, while the net asset is more than 248 million RMB presently. The occupation of land area is about 100,000square meters, including 65,000 square meters.workshop area with more than 600 machining equipments in it. We have a CAD Technical Center and a Measuring & Checking Center. With these excellent processing equipments and advanced detecting & measuring instruments, we are capable of casting, forging, pressing, mechanical processing, heat-treating and assembling. This enables us to manufacture all kinds of Yaxi machines for our clients completely and independently by ourselves, from the design to the final products. Always holding on the business rational concept of "People Oriented, Honesty Paramount; Keep Improving and Persist in Innovation", the renewed 60-year-old company has vigorously taken on a new look and developed rapidly. We have been grown up as a private enterprise of an all-round machinery manufacturer specialized in making rubber & plastic machines, chiefly internal mixers, mills, calendars, cellophane machines and whole-plant equipments for reclaimed rubber/powder. It was in 1966 that we started manufacturing rubber & plastic machines. Ever since then, YAXI-branded machines have many times been awarded "Best Quality Prize" and "Science & Technology Development Prize" by the ministry, the provincial government and the state government. In the year of 2003, Sichuan Technical Supervision Bureau conferred on us "Quality & Reputation Trustworthy Enterprise in Sichuan Province". In 2004, the company was attested and acquired Quality System Certificate for compliance with the standard ISO9001:2000. Our company is a director unit of China Rubber Industry Association and a vice president unit of Branch Association of Comprehensive Utilization of Deposed Rubber. In the past few years after the ownership transformation, we successively succeeded in developing and innovating 39 products, of which 12 products are priced at 1 million more RMB each. The sale of the newly developed products takes up 20% of the total turnover. In the year 2005, we manufactured 547 sets of different rubber machines in total, making a best record in Yaxi history with the total production value of 126.5 million RMB, and the total sales income of 121.3 million RMB. Domestically, we are ranked in the front row of the trade. The European Rubber Journal (ERJ) published a list of the first 36 rubber machinery manufactures in the world in the year of 2005. Sichuan Yaxi Rubber & Plastics Machinery Co., Ltd is in the name list. In 2006, we manufactured 605 rubber machines, achieving a total production value of 188.77 million RMB and a total sales income of 184.4 million RMB.
