• About Us : Members of the team at QID Solutions Ltd. have exclusively specialized their professional competence and activities in the technological application of Radio Frequency Identification and in all further developments based on this technique. QID Solutions determined these in RFID system integration, in developing products-UHF Hard Tags and RFID-based softwares-of our own and in the small and wholesale trade of products in connection with this technology. All our activities are connected by the process of understanding customer demands, methods of selecting / planning our products, our commitment to good quality and achievement of the highest price-value ratio possible. We apply this approach in RFID system integration as well. We consider it important that automation of the processes dealt with should be preceded by optimization based on the exploration of customer and internal demands, and on mapping these processes. This way we can prevent further modification or transfer, maximize advantages that already derive from application of RFID and accelerate refund of investments. For this we developed a methodology that amalgamates RFID identification technology and Lean approach based on Toyota's Production System. The system developed this way does not operate by itself but it operates and provides opportunities for further developments by co-operating with available systems or programmes, and supplementing them. Before carrying out the integration, we always make an investigation on the spot by which we first examine if the installation of RFID is useful at all. Installation takes place on project basis, that is in co-operation with the local colleagues. When developing our products, we lay special emphasis on aspects of competitive prices, high capacity, choice of environment-friendly materials, wide-ranging applicability and variability. As a result of these we completed-in co-operation with a plastics industrial company which has one of the modernest equipment parks in Hungary-our product that enables reliable identification even under strong physical and chemical requisition. Our highly qualified team and carefully selected partners provide us to accomplish our objectives constantly on a high performance. The competences of our enterprise are technical (radio-engineering product development and measuring technique, industrial automation, programming technique) ) on the one hand, and process developmental or quality managemental (Lean, Six Sigma, Quality Control, Strategic and operative management) on the other. On the basis of these principles we believe that putting constant development and quality awareness based on thorough understanding of customer demands in the centre, and combining our technical and process managing experiences and creativity will prove to be real value to our customers.
