• About Us : V&V CRANE KFT. operates as an engineering consulting office with own production capacity since 1991. Scope of activity comprises of: - Design, manufacturing and assembling of specific steel structures - Production of specific and standardised metalwork in high and low volume as well according to drawings even of foreign standards provided by the client - Design and manufacturing of different types of metal buildings for industrial use with special interest on modular, pre-fabricated buildings of elemental conception - Design and manufacturing of modular accommodation units developed by our company.Reliability and quality of our works are proven by the satisfaction of the American Army and oil companies with our products distributed since 14 years through stable business relation with ATCO Structures Ltd. owned by Canadian proprietors. Our products are used by the American Forces in Bosnia, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq and Romania. Our metal buildings were transported to Saccharin Island, Algeria, Kazakhstan etc.Our products are manufactured in our factory in Nyiregyhaza. The factory has an extension of 3.000 m2 bearing excellent location and equipments ready to produce specific and high volume steel works and structures as well.Either the office and the factory bears ISO 9001:2001 quality certificate.Accumulated experience and stable financial background during more than a decade assert the successful activity of our company.INTRODUCTION OF PRODUCTION PLANT: Our company is the major shareholder of SZAEV FEMVAZ Kft. - Nyiregyhaza, its profile is mainly fabrication and assembling of steel structures, aluminium doors, windows, curtain facade. Production plant of three sections is 3.000 sqm ground-space, equipped with cranes and necessary means of production complemented by an open air storage of double the size with crane. Cutting torches, disk cutting machines, shearing and eccentric machine, hydraulic hole puncher provide cutting works. Welding is done by arc- and mixed-gas welding machines even connected to central transformer or mobile ones. Staff of 20-30 people can be adjusted to production level. Managing board of the production plant has 20 years of experience and physical workers are experienced ones. The equipments and the flexible mechanic staff are able to produce 100-120 tonnes of heavy steel structure per month. Complementary to the metalwork profile the plant produces and assembles aluminium doors and windows, glass curtain walling in a plant apart equipped with all necessary means of production. Production plant bears ISO 9001:2001 certificate, welding certificate of EMI-TUV Bayern Kft. and three certified welder
