Building structure and the processing flow desigened in accordance with HACCP and with international standard seafood industry machine. One of our leading product are Surimi, Surimi is a fish minced meat that has been leached by washing with water then mixed sugar and sodium tripolyphosphate and then block frozen. it's widely used in Japan and south east Asia for the manufacturer of fish Jelly products such as Kamaboko, Chikuwa and other product.
