We manufacture oil filled transformer from 15 kVA up to 15, 000 kVA, with voltage rating up to 36 kV. Our design follows IEC-76, ANSI, JIS, BS, or any other standard as required by our customers. We are ISO 9001: 2000 certified for design, manufacture and servicing of distribution transformer. We also design and manufacture other customized transformer such as furnace transformer, rectifier transformer, VSD (Variable Speed Drive) transformer and Phase Shifting transformer, etc. . Our Product and Also VSD and Phase Shifting transformer has pass independent laboratory test and awarded test certificate accordingly. Our in house design team is equipped with the latest in transformer design software, It include software for analysis of electromagnetic field, heat transfer, stress analysis, and 3-D structure modeling. Our manufacture technology is supported by state of the art core cutting machine, automatic winding machine, and vacuum oven oil filling apparatus.
