Our Manufacturing Process: The first stage involves making sure that quality raw-material is purchased for processing. Toor dal being a agricultural product, quality of raw material (toor) differ based on geographic location, processes used for cultivation and time of the year. We ensure that we use the best-available raw material for manufacturing dal. In the second stage specially developed processing system incorporates conditioning of raw-materials during the process itself. Firstly the husk binding is loosened from dalls by moving it through rolls. The dal is oiled, dried for 24 hours in specially designed dryers and moved through rolls multiple times before being spread under the sun to dry because of which the two parts of the grain are separated and dal is ready. Then it is cleaned in our cleaning plant before it is packaged and shipped to customers. The flavour of dal is retained by using natural sunlight to dry it. Our Manufacturing process ensures that only superior quality product reaches the customers. We have designed quality checks at different levels to keep strict control on the output of our units. The Toor dal and other pulses manufactured in our processing units are cleaned in computerised cleaning plants using best available machinery like Sortex before shipping them to our customers.
