UNIVERSAL BOSCHI commenced manufacturing of Oxygen & Nitrogen plants at one of our factories in New Delhi in the year 1985 along with core support for Air Separation Columns from Genova, Italy. The designs of our plants are based on the process cycle of Linde & Claude which had been started by Dr. Boschi of Italy with their company ING. L & A. Boschi of Italy in 1930 and perfected with over 80 years of rich experience. Our very close association & interaction with Dr. Boschi & the Italian company ING L & A BOSCHI for over 20 years with a large base of plants operating all over the world in European countries like Italy, Germany France, UK & Australia, and others has given us the required exposure and experience in the industry back in 1985. These plants, based on the Boschi technology, are now also exported to over 40 countries in over 4 continents including Turkey, Greece, Iran, Sharjah, Abudhabi, Quatar, Mauritius, Zambia, Nigeria, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Syria, South Africa, Egypt, Saudia Arabia, Peru, Qatar, Indonesia, Kuwait, Iraq and many others. The design of the Oxygen / Nitrogen air separation Plants is based on the Liquification of Air based on low & medium pressure cycle. The air separation column has state-of-the-art BOSCHI distillation trays, Aluminum Packing Columns, multipass & Plate-fin exchangers & condensers to get a high yield of oxygen by separation of liquid air which results in very low power consumption. The Boschi columns manufactured by us have always been known for its efficiency & long life. Our vast experience in the field of manufacture of Oxygen / Nitrogen production equipment has finally resulted into trouble free operation and virtually maintenance free working of our plants. Our plants can also be equipped with vacuum insulated Liquid Oxygen Pumps or boosters. We have manufactured over 400 Air Separation plants and equipments which are widely established in the international market. Our company was the first successfully certified company in ASIA with products worthy of export to Europe vide - CE - European Quality standard approvals (European Communion) and we are an ISO 9001:2000 certified organization. We specialize in the Latest Low Pressure Cycle plants operating at pressures of only 5 to 6 bar (0.5 - 0.6 Mpa). These state-of-the-art plants are known for their proven performance and substantially lower power consumption using Rotary Air compressors along with Highly efficient expansion turbines. These plants are offered in Fully Automatic & Semi Automatic Configurations.UNIVERSAL BOSCHI offers a very wide array of products with Air separation plants ranging from 40 m3 per Hour to 50,000 m3 per Hour along with PSA & VPSA Oxygen / Nitrogen plants.Universal Boschi is also the first company in Asia to Launch the Latest High Purity Oxygen Generators with capacities ranging from 2 m3 per hour up to 50 m3 per hour and 98% Oxygen Purity with start up and production time of only 15 minutes (FULLY AUTOMATIC)Amongst its vast portfolio of technically superior products, Universal Boschi also offers the latest in Acetylene plants thanks to its own R&D in this technology with fully automatic plants giving full production thus reducing operational costs and risks due to human error.
