KDDL LTD (Unit Eigen) design and develop press tools / dies and manufacture stamped components in thicknesses starting from 0. 05mm and use materials like Stainless steel (various grades) , Phosphor Bronze, Brass, Cu, Beryllium Copper, Copper Nickel, Maillichart, Mumetal, Magnetic Iron, Nysilver, Mylar, CRCA, HRCA, Silver Clad, Aluminum, Phynox, Inconel, Silver Magnesium Nickel, Spring steel, Telcon, Titanium, sandwiched sheets and other various proprietary materials. We supply parts with Nickel, Tin, Gold, Silver, Zinc, and various other plating / coatings. Imported high speed presses running at even 1000 SPM, enables us to meet customer demands which ranges from as low as 100 parts per month to Millions per month for various customers. In-house CNC vacuum heat treatment facility gives us better control over heat treatment procedures for tool elements as well as components. Facilities available at our unit in Bangalore are: Tool Design: We have a strong Tool design team with experience of more than 20-25 years in precision tooling and trained in Switzerland and Japan. Our design team uses latest software like Solidworks, Unigraphics and Auto CAD 2009. Tool Development / Tool Room: We have skilled toolmakers from NTTF, GTTC etc. trained in precision tooling headed by Veterans with more than 25 years experience. Our tool room facility includes: Wire EDM-Mitsubishi, JapanCNC Optical Profile Grinding Machine-Wickmann, UKJig Grinding Machine-MooreJig Borer-Hauser, Switzerland. Universal Tool Grinder-Ewag, Switzerland. General Tool room machines. Production Facility: High Speed Press 25 T-1000 SPM-Ingyu-2 No's. High Speed Press 30 T-800 SPM-Bruderer, Switzerland-2 No's. High Speed Press 8T-800 SPM-ITO, JapanHigh Speed Press 3T-300 SPM-HMT, India. Press 80T-120 SPM-Chin Fong. Inspection Facility: Optical profile projectors-Nikon & Hauser (Computer equipped) Tool Maker's microscope-Nikon (Computer equipped) Video Measuring System-Rational (Computer Equipped) Microhite-TesaGeneral Inspection instruments.
