We opened up a cold storage house with the capacity of 6000 metric tons in October 2005. Our cold storage house is build up with the latest technology for the storage of a wide range of food products. Since we opened up our facility we had been searching for the right products that we can focus on and we decided to move on with the production of dried fruits and vegetables especially dried tomatoes. The first reason for this decision is the good location of our facility. Usak is located in an area which is concentrated on agriculture (especially tomato growing) and we have the opportunity to build up close relationships with the growers. Another reason is that it will allow us to use our cold storage facility efficiently because cold storage is one of the key points that affect the quality of the final product.
