We manufacture here all kinds of greige fabrics from 85 gsm to450 gsm in narrow & wider widths in 100% cotton, Cotton blends, Polyester blends etc. II) PROCESSINGType of Machines---Exhaust & Continuous methods. Capacity---50000 mtr / dayProcess capabilities: All kinds of fabric compositions; Vat, Direct, Sulphur, direct dyeing. Finishing with crinkle, wrinkle resistant, water & oil repellence, anti-bacterial & different kinds of prints. III) KNITTINGType of machines---Circular Knitting machines in Mayer & Cie, Jumberca, etc. Capacity---12 tons / day. B) GARMENTINGNo. of Sewing machines---260 For woven (includes boottoms & tops for men, ladies & kids; workwear; formal & casual wear for spring / summer / fall / winter---100 for KnitsFinishing machines---25 nos. Garment finishing / washing---12 industrial washing & drying m / cs. B) Development & Design: We have a cell for design & development of fabrics & apparels withthe use of latest innovations, technological breakthroughs, latestfashion concepts, cost effectiveness & overall the consumer comfortfeel on the finished garments. We also can execute the product development projects of clientsfor meeting specific requirements. C) Quality Testing: We do quality testing & inspection for the raw materials, productionintermediates & finished products at our inhouse labs & inspectionmachines following ISO, ASTM & AATCC methods. D) Certifications: We are in the process of ISO certification for Quality AssuranceSystem. We have Oeko-Tex Certification for our Process House. We adhere to the international standards of compliance & socialobligations.
