Over the last 30 years these countries have been regular buyers ofMalaysian DRM and it is not surprising that European architects, interiordesigners and specifiers who are very familiar with this reddish brown timberand its inherent ideal properties continue to recommend this timber. Drm alsohas the advantage that it is readily available to consumers as over the years awell established distribution system has developed to ensure that supplies canbe obtained at any time. It is usually sold kiln-dried at the required moisturecontent, typically 12-14% for the European market.
