Forgings are tested for grain orientation, soundness and physical characteristics through macrostructural examination, macroetching, ultrasonic tests, tensile and hardness tests, radiography and positive material examination.Welded assemblies involve weldability documentation as per ASME, in process assembly dimension control and post-weld radiography evaluation.Our products undergo hydrostatic testing, cyclic loading testing, high pressure pneumatic testing, burst testing and helium leak detection.nfrastructureSpread over 100,000 square feet, our facility comprises a 5000 square foot office and 50000 square feet of manufacturing space.Our manufacturing works houses hydraulic presses ranging from 250 tonnes to 3500 tonnes, elbow forming mill and tee presses. We have gas fired and electric furnaces for forging and heat treatment. Our machining facilities include CNC milling, jig boring, conventional boring, turning, beveling, drilling, etc. Fabrication facilities include welding generators for TIG.MIG welding, bending, rolling of parts upto 60 mm thickness in a variety of special materials
