In the past couple of years we have started venturing into thermal, waste energy, solar and wind projects.The Northeastern region and other Mountainous States, like Sikkim, Himachal and other Northern States have a huge growth potentiality in non-conventional source of energy like hydroelectric power, Arunachal itself has the estimated potentiality of generating 80,000MW, and many part of this region are yet to be explored. We are in position to provide our in-depth knowledge of these mountainous regions, its culture, access to human and institutional resources and the ability to strategize and act by optimally managing local resources to give an opportunity to build a sustainable system and moving towards institutionalizing it in the region.For the development of any hydropower scheme an essential first step is to determine whether there is sufficient and reliable amount of water is available to make the scheme economically viable, we, for quite some time now have worked on compiling various hydrology data for our clients relating to hydro electric projects. This was done through collecting data on daily discharge from metrology, flood control departments and various state departments, and carry out study in the temporary variability in the flow of stream during rainy season and lean season, at higher altitudes snow cover also contributes to this effect. We have mostly concentrated in the Himalayan belt and the lower reaches of Himalaya. We have a thorough knowledge and a very good experience in this region especially the Northeast. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOUHydro Electric projects:We can offer you hydro electric projects from 1MW to 690MW, places ranging from Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal, Uttaranchal, Sikkim and the Northeast. We also have canal based hydro electric projects in Punjab and other areas. In the south we have one project of 2x5MW in Orissa.We can provide with locations on self identified scheme, prepare PFR, assist you with the allotment of projects, prepare DPR, and assist you with obtaining all required clearances and NOCs. Assist in procuring land for the project, also set up the projects if required.There are many old and abandoned projects which can be remodeled and used to generate power. These projects can be procured quite cheaply.Coal Based large scale projects:Two 1320 MW (2X660) each (total 2640 MW 4X660MW) coal based power plants, super critical category based on 70/30 ratio of Indian and imported coal, and 500MW (sub-critical) projects in Karnataka completely with imported coal. These projects are well in advanced stage in terms of sourcing required approvals, PPA and FPA etc. and all pending issues will be taken care of by promoters, if required.An opportunity is available for development of coal based 2X500 MW (or 2X660MW) in the east coast of India (near Visakhapatnam), and a pit head (near coal mines) plant in Jharkhand, survey / studies to be completed.Coal mine, water and adequate land is available for the development of 500MW, 1000MW or above Power Plant.Wind Power and other types of projects:We can also provide you with Wind Power projects; currently we have one 50MW project in South India and one 15MW in Maharashtra. We can also identify site and provide all type of assistance to set up a Wind Power Projects.There is a vast investment opportunity for developing wastes based green power projects and solar energy, both in solar cell and solar thermal projects. Some big energy companies have already started working in the solar sector mostly located in Rajasthan and as such areas but not much work has been done on waste energy in India, so the opportunity is great.Hope the above information can briefly explain the opportunities you have with us.
