The company was founded in 1984 by young engineering entrepreneurs with the aim to manufacture machineries required by pharma, food, cosmetics and allied industries. Over last two and a half decades the company has progressed from manufacturing of simple machines like dry powder mixers to manufacturing of sophisticated automatic packaging machines.The companys approach is customer oriented and has always responded to customer requirements, feed-back and suggestions for continuous improvements. Interaction with machine operators and customers engineers has given the company invaluable understanding and experience of the needs of the industry and to offer a wide range of machineries and equipments required for different departments. The company has concentrated to cater to the needs of medium and growing pharma formulation manufacturers who offer a good scope for its products.Company entered in to international business in 1994 and has since exported various types of machineries to customers in several countries around the world. Most of the customers are with the company for past several years and JICON INDUSTRIESir preferred machinery supplier in our category and have been honored with repeat orders, which is the certificate of customer satisfaction.The companys strength lies in offering standard, non-standard and custom built equipments that are efficient, cost effective and strongly built for long life. Team of our engineers and mechanics are conversant with the latest trends in technology and are geared to design, produce and service the kind of machines that customers demand. Presently our premier offer is our BLISTRIP range of high speed automatic blister packing machines, ENSULE range of automatic capsule filling machines, dry and wet powder mixers, automatic tube filling machines, size reduction machines like granulators, mills etc.There are few more machines under development like flat-bed automatic blister packing machine suitable for Alu+Alu blisters, and automatic on-line cartonating machine. These machines are at different stages of development. First prototypes of Alu+Alu blister machine have already been built and successful trials have been taken. Final marketable design is being finalized and we hope to introduce these machines shortly. The cartonator would take longer to complete.Apart from the above, the company out-sources several machineries from other reliable manufacturers in India so that a customers demands for various types of machines or equipments can be catered to. As a result, a customer gets a very wide range of equipments from us and builds up good rapport with manufacturers who provide better quality.The company has embarked upon re-structuring the business model and has embarked a modernization of organization to take full advantage of years of experience and wide customer base.The company presently employs 2 engineers and 18 technicians/mechanics in production and 6 people in sales, administration and management area. Number machines sold/manufactured per year varies greatly from year to year depending on the number, size and type of contracts we get. To date we have delivered over 300 blister machines, over 250 mixers of various types and sizes, and perhaps more than a thousand other types machines including capsule filling machines, tube filling machines, tablet press machines, strip packing machines, granulators, multi-mills, comminuting mills, tablet coating pans, cream/ointment manufacturing plants, fluid bed driers, testing and quality control apparatuses etc.
