We have diversified into manufacturing high quality 28mm CSD closures using the latest SACMI Compression moulding machines. We have a capacity to manufacture close to 1 billion 28mm CSD caps annually.Our closures have been approved by Coca Cola / PEPSI India and we are currently supplying CSD Closures to their bottlers in India.We are also one of the leading manufacturers of preforms using the latest injection moulding technology. Produced using state of the art NETSTAL PET LINE Machine (made in Switzerland), our preforms cater to all segments of the market (CSD and Water). Our preforms are designed to international standards, manufactured to exact geometric dimensions, minimal weight difference, low A.A values, very high quality surface structure and packed in a sterile atmosphere with utmost focus on hygiene. Our preforms are approved and used by leading brands like PEPSI, COKE, etc and other premium brands world over.Produced using superior technology by highly qualified and trained staff under optimal and strictly monitored parameters and subjected to stringent quality control our polycarbonate bottles are much more than mere packaging. They will promote your product by excellent presentation. By virtue of their resistance to scratches and durability, they will ensure that your organisation gets more number of cycles per bottle. We use 100 % Virgin Polycarbonate raw material from Bayer- Germanyand Mitsubishi - We are currently exclusive suppliers 25 litres polycarbonate bubble top jars for Pepsi (AQUAFINA) in India and a major supplier of 20 litres and 25 litres polycarbonate jars to Coke (KINLEY).We also supply to all major brands of bulk bottled water like Royal Challenge, Manickchand Oxyrich, King Fisher, Fresh Water etc. We also export our Bottles currently to Companies in Europe, South Asia, Middle East and Africa. Our 5 Gallon Bottles weigh 840 +/- 10 grams Bottles.
