About Us : The Tenuta Rocca Estate vineyards, Localita' Ornati of Monforte d Alba, are planted with Chardonnay, Barbera, Dolcetto, Cabernet Sauvignon and Nebbiolo and more recently (1996-one and a half hectars) with Nebbiolo for the production of the Tenuta Rocca Barolo. With the increase in production, an enormous investment both in the vineyards and in the cellar has been made: green harvests and selection of the grapes made by hand at the time of picking so that the maximum concentration is obtained are carried out along with the utmost care in the general management of the vineyard using biological methods; modern equipments are used to give a hand to the human element, with a must: respecting the character of the wines.
