Projects and development process of machinesare carried out with object to contribute to the Made in Italy of textile and tannery products. PRODUCTION DEPARTMENTRealisation of all Mechanical details, with the aid of a CNC machining centre to developprototypes and subsequently industrial machines for commercialisation. QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENTHere Visual control of dimensions and geometry is carried out, using up to date manual andelectronic (certified ISO 9001) measuring instruments, permitting MPC to guarantee perfectquality with all the necessary certificates. ASSEMBLING AND FINAL INSPECTION TESTING DEPARTMENT. Here assembling of prototypes and machines for commercialising is carried out. A careful and thorough final inspection is made, and all testing for a correct function of themachines and most of all a correct function of the security systems are verified to assure safeguard of any operators designated to use the machines. COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENTIn any company the commercialisation of the products is important. This department operates at International levels with the help of agents through out theworld, as MPC perforating machinery product is commercialised in all corners of the world. MPC will be participating the most important International Exhibitions regarding their products.
