Sanjivani Casting is customer focused organization and now well known for manufacture and supply of Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Duplex Alloys & Super Alloy steel Investment Castings (Lost Wax Casting) with in house CNC Machining for the domestic and international market requirements. We have fully equipped and well established two Investment Casting manufacturing plant on the basis of lean manufacturing, located at Rajkot(Gujarat) India with installed production capacity of 1500 MT castings/Annum, and turnover of 8.0 million US$/Annum last year. Our both manufacturing plant consist of in house advance technologies for fast new development and manufacture of various engineering components with an excellent quality, on time delivery and cost effectiveness through establishing process measures and goals to guide and track improvements. We are pleased to inform you that our both companies has been successfully implemented the International Quality Management System DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 form BVQI, and our products are also certified for European Directives PED 97/23/EC & AD-2000 WO TRD 100 requirements as a part of product certification and Shipping Classification fromLloyds, DNV & BV Marine. Whole manufacturing facilities are mentioned in our catalogue and as well as CD Presentation, which can be sent to you on your request by courier. We are having very good customer base in India as well as in Europe & USA in Valves and Pump Industries, major well known manufacturer of valves and pumps are our customers.
