The parties in the joint venture are Rodman Enterprises Ltd.(64% ) , a Hong Kong based trading / investment company & Guangzhou Plastics Industrial Joint Stock Company (36% ) , a subsidiary company of the Light Industry Bureau of Guangzhou. The original enterprise was established in 1962 and since the formation of the Joint Venture it has developed into the largest manufacturer of injection moulded plastic containers and pallets in China with a distribution network covering all of the major commercial centres throughout China. The principal activities of GRPC are the manufacturing of high quality injection moulded products and PVC film and the operation of eight retail / wholesale outlets located in the major retail areas of Guangzhou. The plastic containers and pallets are designed and developed internally for the storage, handling and distribution of materials for industrial enterprises throughout China. In addition to its own large product range, GRPC also manufactures custom moulded products for leading international companies for distribution both within China and for export. With the introduction of Guangzhou Rodman Plastics Co. Ltd.stern management, design expertise and manufacturing technology and new machinery since its formation, GRPC has emerged as the leading plastic processor in China.
