Being based in Bangladesh the company uses its vast knowledge and experience of local and international markets to provide its customers with quality products on time.Since its inception The Active Lab Ltd. Has thieved on quality. This has enabled the company to maintain a steady growth. Backed by its overseas partner Nordic the active labar Ltd. Finland and years of experience in Bangladesh ready-made garment sector enables the company to understand the advantages, disadvantages, obstacles and solutions in this trade.The company is specialized in knit and T-shirts, Pullover and cardigans and woven items. To provide a package service to our buyers the company is staffed with 20 experience personnel in the following department.Management: Managing the below mentioned departments and ensuring the proper and timely execution of orders.Merchandising: Sourcing of all sorts of raw materials including fabrics and accessories. Daily follow up with factories and with other related departments. Constant sourcing of new fabrics and trends in the garment sector.Production Planning & Inline Quality Control: To ensure strict quality control, we carry out all sorts of testes such as color fastness, rubbing test, shrinkage test on garments in our own up-to-date modern lab. We also use MTL Lab for additional testes if required. MTL is an accredited testing company from authenticated inspection company in Bangladesh. To maintain our quality we also use SGS for inspection to keep our quality as per international standards.Logistics & Commercial: Co-ordinate all shipments and ensure that goods reach on time at their destination. Checking of documents and all other commercial aspects of business.At present the company is working with around 20 factories in Bangladesh in knit, woven, terry towel and sweater items. The current capacity of the company around 2 million pieces per month. We also have our own production unit under the name of Anarkoli Knit Wears Ltd & Russel Garment. These are 20 lines production units having a floor space of 75,000 sq. Ft.
