Mainly it is croped at the east of venezuela. Size is variable from 150 g/grain to 80 g/grain. Most of our current cocoa bean are higher than 100 g/100 grain.Technical specifications: Drying process is done mainly by sun exposition. When atmosferical conditions are inadecuaded, drying process is alternated with artifitial process, taking care of no to over dry cocoa beans.
