In 2004, investore internationale S. R. L. together with "nizhenkamskneftechim" inc and ojs "eiaz" founded the cjs "elabuga oriented polustyrene plant" (ezpp) and started construction of this plant. In real estate sector, the group is represented by bulak investments. The company was founded by marta holding ltd and nizh yug S. A. in 2005 for the construction ans leasing of a class a business center in kazan, republic of tatarstan, as well as for other projects in real estate sector.
