T. C. The pattern structure can be of 100% cotton or mixed cotton and synthetic fibres: lurex, polyamide, polyester. We also produce viscose and lycra combinations. The Mayer and Albi circular knitting machines are equipped with Lycra attachments. The capacity of the dyeing section is cca 50 ton per month. It is equiped with Thies dyeing machine. A complete range of atmospheric type and high temperature version dyeing machines allow the dyeing section to handle 100% cotton, mixed cotton and synthetic fibres e. T. C. According to the ECO standards. We are always using reactive dyes and peroxide bleaching. The finishing line is complete Santex line (drying and ironing) , Bruckner spanoram and fleezebrushing machine. The total capacity per year is 600 tons of yarn or 3. 000. 000 product units.
