About Us : M. V. T. Has approximately 50 years experience in the manufacturing of brass spare parts and HEADWORKS for faucets. M.V.T. S.p.A. avail ourselves of 17 modern multi-spindle lathes featuring 6 to 8 spindles working on bars of maximum 48mm diameter, automatic lines for the re-machining of small details, computer-controlled assembly lines both for the assembly and the checking of our compression headworks and ceramic discs headworks, test-benches and sophisticated measuring instruments. These facilities combined with very skilled personnel result in a technically competitive final product capable to resist to the strictest hydraulic, duration and organoleptic tests, according to international standards (KTW, DWGV, DIN, NF, ACS, BS, WRAS, KIWA, ISO, NFS, CSA, ASTM, etc.) . We exclusively carry out production using brass bar of different types (standard alloy CW614N, ZINC FREE brass alloy DZR CW602N and low lead brass CW617N) .
