Following are some technical features of our products.1. The threading we do on the pipes and solid rods is through Hydraulic Thread Rolling Machines and not the conventional cutting method done on lathe machines.2. The benefit of threading done on thread rolling machine is that if we are doing threading on a pipe with 4 mm thickness, the threading is pressed in the tube without any loss of material which keeps the effective strength of the pipe to 4mm thickness. In case of cut thread method with the same 4mm pipe to put a 2mm thread depth material is removed which results in effective strength of the pipe to 2mm thickness. The 4mm thick pipe takes nearly four times the load of the 2mm effective thickness pipe. 3. In the case of Solid Rods when we do the threading through rolling machines each thread is uniform in size and has a polished look. In case of cutting method the uniformity of the thread depends highly on the feed system of the lathes which are prone to plae, which affects the quality of the thread. In this case the thread is usually found to vary in thickness. 4. In case of Props the outer pipe which is usually in size between 57mm to 65mm the normal production method is to first make the sleeve and then weld it on to the pipe. But in our method we give it in single piece by putting the required thread on the pipe itself. There is no welding joint in the outer pipe as the sleeve is made in the same pipe which removes any doubt on the strength of the outer pipe of the prop.5. For the purpose of thread rolling the pipes and rods which are used, they have to be of the best quality available because if we use any low quality material it develops cracks when applied pressure on it. This is the reason why our products cost more as our costs of raw materials is very high as compared to other companies who use cut thread system.
