• About Us : BackgroundESH ResESH Resource Management Sdn Bhdce Management Sdn Bhd is an integrated recycling management company mainly involved in the trading and processing of recyclable wastes such as paper waste, plastic waste, metal waste and etc. The business was founded by our current managing director, Mr Lesley Lim Yu Chin in 1985 which is 23 years ago as sole proprietorship under the name of Seng Kiang Enterprise. Due to the business expansion, it has since been converted into a limited company in 1996 under the name of Ee Seng Huat Sdn Bhd. And in line with the intended future corporate planning, it has further changed to its current name since 2005. Today we have more than 160 full time employees working in 2 operation plants at Juru near Autocity and Batu Maung in Penang, Malaysia. We have been certified by SIRIM QAS International since 19 December 2003 for successfully implementing a quality system complying with MS ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements for the trading and processing of recycled and recovered materials. We are among the first and one of the few companies in this industry who has obtained this prestigious ISO 9001 Quality Management System certificate. We have also achieved the 5th Asia Pacific International Entrepreneur Excellence Award under the category of Excellence Service Quality in 2006. All the three shareholders are holding the key position in the daily operation of the company. Mr Lesley Lim Yu Chin besides being the managing director of the company is also looking after the operation of the main plant in Juru. Whereas his brother Mr Lim Yew Hack, the Executive Director is looking after the operation of the branch at Batu Maung. And his sister Ms Lim Ai Hun, the Director is the overall in charge of the marketing and customer relation management. The management of the company is very open-minded and opportunistic in welcoming any changes and innovations as long as they would make the company better off than before. This is evidenced from the fact that the management always encourages its staff to contribute idea. All suggestions and ideas would be seriously reviewed and considered for its possible implementation. One of the good examples to show the management positive commitment towards changes and innovations is their decision to go for ISO 9001 QMS certification. During the process of preparing for the ISO certification, the company has to go through drastic changes in all its operations in order to fulfill the ISO requirements. The management of the company has shown full commitment throughout the whole journey and eventually obtained the certification on 19 December 2003.
